Things to do at The Cabin in the Winter

Ice Fishing
Portage Lake is one of the first to freeze in the winter and builds a fair bit of ice through the season.  Area lakes and Georgian Bay offer an even more diverse fishing opportunities. 

Cross-Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Fat Biking
The Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre is only Minutes away from the Cabin.  A fantastic way to explore the area and enjoy fun with family and friends.

Snowmobiling
The Cabin is located on OFSC Top C trail just north of Parry Sound in Nobel. Access a phenomenal local trail system or include us on your tour! 
Would you like to plan a snowmobile experience? Sled rentals are available a short distance from the Cabin (about 1 hour away in Port Sydney) through a local company with daily, weekly, or weekend packages.
